Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all security tags and authentication certificates remain intact and attached.
Ship to the Vault
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin the tracked transit to our inspection facility.
Verification and Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
